How to Solve Meetboard® Screen Sharing Problems with Your Devices?
2022/02/23

If you have some network settings that might be blocking the screen-casting protocols while sharing your screen on Meetboard®, to verify and solve this issue, please do the following:
- To verify that in fact, your network is blocking these protocols, please use your phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot and try screen casting once all the devices are connected to your phone’s hotspot.
- If screen casting either using ScreenShare Pro or regular AirPlay works fine using your mobile hotspot, that means your network settings are blocking these protocols.
- In order to allow access to these protocols on your network you need to make sure the following ports are opened:
For ScreenShare Pro:
| Port Number | Type | Protocol |
| 7385 | TCP | SSP |
| 2067 | TCP | SSP |
| 29736 | TCP | SSP |
| 39458 | TCP | SSP |
| 49200-49250 | TCP | SSP |
| 49300-49350 | UDP | SSP |
For AirPlay:

| 80 | TCP | HTTP | 2616 | AirPlay |
| 443 | TCP | HTTPS | – | AirPlay |
| 554 | UDP/TCP | RTSP | 2326 | AirPlay |
| 1900 | UDP | SSDP | – | Bonjour |
| 3689 | TCP | DAAP | – | AirPlay |
For Chromecast:
