We are pleased to announce that the PID Command & Ctrl Windows version 1.3.20 is now available. The new version supports more AG Neovo monitors and displays than before, including SX-15/17/19G, RX-22/24G, HX-24G, and DR-17/22G via RS-232 connections.
The PID Command & Ctrl software now supports a wider variety of AG Neovo display models: PN-Series(Advanced), PD-Series(Advanced), PM-Series, QX-Series, QD-Series, QM-Series, VW-Series, RX-Series(Advanced), SX-Series(Advanced), HX-Series(Advanced), DR-Series(Advanced).
Display Management Solution Expands to More Demanding Environments
The PID Command & Ctrl software allows users to control, configure, and test AG Neovo Public Information Displays located in the same network. Thanks to its remote connections, the management of any display installation have never been easier before since the software has launched in 2018.
Now, with the new version release, not only in public-facing businesses but also in high-standard demanding environments, such as control rooms, clinics, etc, PID Command & Ctrl help users set up, maintain, and control large-scale installations efficiently and securely. The user interface has been deliberately simplified for ease of use, yet still boasts the required features for comfortable remote management from a central location.
