How can the system detect “black screen”?
We have added the blackscreen function to make it easier to detect a “blackscreen” remotely.
Click on “Device” in the menu and select a device> click on “Online man- agement” in the submenu, you will now get an overview of all screenshots. As soon as the system detects blackscreen, the gray circle behind a selection button turns black.
This makes it easy to check whether a screen has been turned off for a period or has not shown any content. This setting prevents discusion with customers.
