Connect Meetboard to Your PC, Mac or Mobile Device
Meetboard interactive flat panel display connects to a computer or laptop so that you can present, play videos or expand its video conferencing options beyond the embedded system.
First, if your computer has an HDMI port, you can connect the included HDMI cable to the computer's HDMI port and then to any of Meetboard’s multiple HDMI ports.
If your computer is a more recent model that has only USB-C ports, connect to it with a USB-C to HDMI cable or adapter.
If your computer has USB-A ports, you can connect the included USB-A to USB-B cable to the TOUCH 1 USB port if you are using the HDMI1 or HDMI2 port or TOUCH 2 USB port if you are using the HDMI3 or VGA port for touch screen control.
If your computer has only USB-C ports, you can plug it into a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
Additionally, you can wirelessly mirror any of your devices to Meetboard interactive flat panel display using the ScreenShare Pro app for Android, iOS, macOS and Windows operating systems.
Connect to Additional Displays And Monitors
You can connect Meetboard interactive flat panel display to an HDMI display or projector with the HDMI OUT port so that you can watch videos and present on more screens. When you connect an additional display, it mirrors the content from Meetboard and other video sources. Displays that support HDMI 2.0 can output video from Meetboard interactive flat panel display at 4K resolution and 60Hz.
To play audio on the Meetboard interactive flat panel display, you can use its built-in speakers or connect external speakers using the 3.5 mm Stereo Audio Jack. You can also use the S/PDIF port to connect to other high-fidelity audio systems.
Connect to other devices
The USB 2.0/3.0 ports, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities of Meetboard interactive flat panel display allow connections to a variety of devices. For example, you can connect an HD camera for video conferencing or presentation remotes. Other devices you can connect to Meetboard include:
