Meetboard IFP-6503 Firmware Issue Instructions

Unfortunately, a system-breaking bug slipped through our fingers in our latest update for Meetboard. We sincerely apologize for the downtime and inconvenience some of you might have encountered.

Rest assured, we have worked out a correction, please follow the instructions below to fix it manually:

1. Download firmware, unzip, and save the entire “upgrade_9950” folder to the USB drive.
2. Make sure Meetboard is powered off, and then plug in the USB drive to any USB port.
3. Press and hold the power button until you see the LED on Meetboard flashing red and white.
4. The firmware update will be processed automatically.

If you are able to reach the model label behind the device, provide us with S/N numbers, and we can remotely fix the problem for you.
